       公司的蜂窩式SCR脫硝催化劑陶瓷載體模塊項目為2007年宜興市重點項目，公司于2006年起投資1.3億元建設(shè)產(chǎn)能為16000 m3/年的催化劑蜂窩陶瓷載體生產(chǎn)線，目前擁有四條具有國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平的生產(chǎn)線。公司已裝備有進口德國（ECT）擠出線3條，國產(chǎn)先進擠出生產(chǎn)線一條，擁有輥道式窯爐5條，自主設(shè)計的節(jié)能燃氣式窯爐一條。公司還擁有全套高性能的小、中試生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，各類進口的檢測設(shè)備，BET比表面積測定儀、強度實驗機、碳硫測定儀、激光粒度測定儀、分光光度計、X射線熒光分析儀等。

       2014年起，公司在以從事電力行業(yè)煙氣脫硝催化劑為主的同時，開發(fā)了石化行業(yè)、建材行業(yè)、焦化行業(yè)、船舶行業(yè)、城市垃圾焚燒電廠尾氣處理的特種催化劑，并已申報6項專利技術(shù)。目前新型中低溫脫硝催化劑已經(jīng)在焦化，垃圾焚燒及玻璃窯爐等行業(yè)內(nèi)擁有了成功的運行業(yè)績。
